JUST LIKE A COUNTRY SONG,

Bev and Benny Severson have lived an experience tending to land and raising their family of three girls. Now they enjoy spending time gardening, tending cows, and watching the sunset together. They are a center to their family community. In addition to their farm life, Bev helped work in the local schools cafeterias feeding the children and Benny helped tend to Loblolly Acres grounds.

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected accident with a machine malfunction leading to Bev having her legs crushed under the skid loader. At this moment, their current life stopped and shifted to helping Bev heal. They now are no longer able to hold their jobs, tend to their farm, or even fully participate in life with family or friends. This time has been truly challenging for the Severson family.

Although it is a long road ahead, Bev is healing as best she can. Due to not being able to work and Benny needing to tend to her in the healing process, they need our support. As vital members of the Delaware farming community, Loblolly Acres will be hosting a pig roast with live music, an auction and line dancing.
