Q: HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

The Magnolia Barn can seat up to 150 guests, the Sycamore Stage and Great Oak Pavilion can seat up to 170.

Q: HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

Upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract, your date will be secured.

Q: HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

We require a $2500 deposit for weddings.

For other events, deposits start at $199.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.

Q: DOES THE MAGNOLIA BARN HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

Yes, we have temperature control year round for all of our indoor spaces.

Q: MAY WE BRING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS?

While we take care of your elegant venue needs, it is expected that you will supply your own catering, cake, bartender, and DJ. We also recommend electing or hiring a wedding planner to ensure flow and punctuality of the event.

Q: CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE OTHER EVENTS BESIDES WEDDINGS?

Yes! With the Magnolia Barn, the Sycamore stage, Great Oak Pavilion, and Holly House on the Hill events and possibilities are endless. We can host concerts, performances of all types, cooperate events and community gatherings!

Q: WHAT’S DOES THE WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN OTHER EVENTS?

Weddings receive the three hours on the eve of the wedding to set up or have a rehearsal dinner at the farm. On the wedding day, couples have a 14 hour window to get ready and celebrate! In addition to all the our spaces, weddings receive access to our climate controlled bride and groom suites. Cheryl and or Angela will sit down with you a month before your wedding to discuss vendor logistics and table arrangements and help you fine tune any last details. Booking a wedding allows you to reserve your date over a year in advance.
