Q: HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?
Upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract, the proprietor will also sign the contract and will return a copy to you and your wedding date will be secured.
Q: HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
We require a $1500 deposit.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.
Q: DOES THE MAGNOLIA BARN HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes, we have temperature control year round.
Q: MAY WE BRING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS?
While we take care of your elegant venue needs, it is expected that you will supply your own catering, alcohol, cake, and DJ. It is also important to note that we will help you design your perfect day and be there the day of the event. However, we will not provide what a wedding planner would. We recommend having someone that ensures punctuality and flow of the event.
Q: WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
Final payment in full will be due one (1) month prior to the Wedding Day. At that time, a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 will also be due. The damage deposit will be returned to the couple within two (2) weeks of the event once the property has been inspected for any potential damage during the event.
